This is an older property that has been updated. The husband and wife that own/manage this property are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower has great water pressure!! There were enough outlets to accommodate my CPAP machine. When I inquired about the pet policy I found out that they do allow pets in some rooms for a small fee, so I can bring my 2 small dogs next time. This property is close to downtown, restaurants, gas stations, Walmart and is under 4 miles from the Kansas Veterans Home.

Everything! The staff was amazing, they accommodated my need for a room change at a short notice and my need to have a very late check in (midnight). When I got there to check in, they made it so quick, easy and convenient. My room was much larger than I had anticipated and very clean the hotel staff even made sure my A/C was on before my arrival. The tv had a lot of channels and I was very comfortable for my stay.

Convenient location with near-by restaurants and fast-food outlets. Very courteous staff and good clean room. Parking seemed ample and night-time noise wasn't heard.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable, clean bathroom, Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again.

The beds were super comfortable! The room was clean and the staff was friendly and very personable. The parking lot was well lit and we all slept well. I would book here again.

Clean, comfortable beds, close to our destination, friendly staff. We left behind an item I. The room and they called us and held it I. The front office to pick up before we left town. Super customer service.

We have stayed twice the beds are like a dream the room was clean this is a non-smoking facility they set up chairs for us to set in outside they are very customer oriented as this was something they did not have to do for us thank you for taking great care of us. we will be staying each time we come to Winfield.
